Randy Field
Partner
Randy is an International Business veteran with extensive experience in product development, business development, sales, marketing and finance. He has spent the last 20 years utilizing his unique blend of engineering and business talents for business process automation.
Prior to LEVL5, Randy was:

And, VP of Marketing for Teletrac.
These roles plus Randy’s experience as an advisor to IHS, Sprint, Rogers Communications and IBM enable him to help clients speed time-to-market and deliver end-to-end solutions.
Additionally, Randy participated in the 1991 Collier Trophy (Aviation’s highest honor) for his assistance in making the Northrup Grumman B-2 Spirit stealth bomber mission-ready. He is a published author and recipient of multiple product awards. Randy received his B.S. Engineering degree from Arizona State University. Continuing education includes Product Management through the University of Wisconsin—Madison and Business Finance through Wharton.
Allison Field, PCC, CPC, ELI-MP

Allison is an Energy & Leadership Coach and is CEO of Allison Field Coaching. Her passion is helping clients build dynamic leadership teams that can communicate through a common language to make a difference in the success trajectory of their business.
In September 2013, she resigned after 16 years as Founder and Executive Director for Alley’s House, a program for teen moms designed to empower them to become independent through support services, education and mentoring. She designed, developed and managed the organization serving over 800 teen moms, over 1,000 children and worked with hundreds of volunteers.
Prior to that, she worked in Direct Marketing for the American Heart Association for over 12 years and has experience in the corporate arenas of asset management, loan workouts, data and administrative management.
She is a graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington with a degree in Social Work with concentrated studies in business management and psychology.
She received her Coaching Certification from iPEC (Institute for the Professional Excellence in Coaching) in 2013, her ELI-MP (Energy Leadership Master Practitioner Certificate) in 2013 and her PCC (Professional Certified Coach) from ICF (International Coach Federation) in 2018.
